Qualification of Freight Driver:

• The job specifications include possessing a Class A CDL and meeting the minimum age requirement of 21 years or older.
• To be considered for this position, you must provide proof of at least three months of verified experience.
• The compensation drivers receive is determined through the calculation of dispatched miles, with trip pay ranging from $.45 to $.60 cpm, and varying depending on the route and the driver's competency.
• Flex Fleet drivers are only permitted to reside within a 250-mile zone of a U.S. Xpress terminal.
