Supply Clerk

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the supply chain and ensuring adequate inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

As a Supply Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing supplies and equipment. You will work closely with the purchasing department to coordinate orders and maintain accurate records of inventory. Additionally, you will assist in monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock audits, and identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You must be able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands. Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming supplies and equipment
• Verify orders and ensure accuracy of deliveries
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas
• Monitor stock levels and place orders in a timely manner
• Conduct regular stock audits to identify and address discrepancies
• Collaborate with the purchasing department to coordinate orders and deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using inventory management software
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed
