We are looking for a competent Donor Phlebotomy Technician to fill a vacancy in our Patient Service Center or Client office. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, execute skilled specimen collections, and act as the companys face. Moreover, we offer opportunities for career growth.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $31.45 per Hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Obtain samples of blood through venipuncture and capillary draws for all age groups
  • Secure samples for drug screening, paternity confirmation, or alcohol evaluations, among other inspections.
  • Precisely and promptly document patient information in the system
  • Gathering billing details and obtaining payments is integral to our overall workflow and administration process
  • Arrange the collected samples in an organized manner to make the analysis process more efficient
  • Record patient and specimen details for tracking purposes
  • Provide top-notch service to ensure patient satisfaction
  • Whenever required, the individual needs to carry out various administrative and clerical tasks
  • Exploring new destinations as required

Job Requirements:

  • The California Department of Health necessitates that individuals must have an application for or possession of a Phlebotomy License to be considered for the job
  • Knowledge of blood collection procedures as a previous phlebotomist
  • History of exceeding customer service expectations through a proactive and personalized approach
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication that strengthens relationships and builds trust
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are necessary for both independent work and team collaboration
  • Confident in their ability to perform tasks without close supervision
  • Candidates with reliable transportation and no negative marks on their driving history are preferred, if relevant
  • Showing a willingness to put in extra time if needed
  • Accomplished in meeting the standards of a prescribed color blindness examination
