Dishwasher

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, tableware, cooking utensils, etc. in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Main Duties:
- Maintain 3 compartment sink protocol - Load, run, and unload dishwashing machine
- Wash specific items by hand when necessary
- Ensure all dishes are clean and sanitized
- Organize cleaned dishes properly
- Assist with kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Dispose of kitchen garbage and recycling - Help put away foodservice truck product - Mop bathrooms when needed

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures is a plus

Skills:
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment
- Understanding of food safety regulations
