The Role
The RoleThis role is for the Energy Digital team that manages the ownership experience through the Tesla Mobile App, Tesla Account, and Service & Support experience for customers that own Solar Panels, Solar Roof, Powerwall, and Wall Connector.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
Establish a vision for your product: ship features big and small to solve real user problems
Define a product roadmap and drive execution in a highly agile environment and continually shifting priorities
Pilot new ways for users to interact with Tesla, always keeping customer experience top of mind
Define, monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate performance and change course as needed
Communicate the impact of your team's efforts widely to build consensus and drive outcomes
Requirements
Requirements:
B.S. degree required; graduate degree preferred
2+ years product management experience in a consumer products company
Experience with agile software development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical literacy or an interest in developing it
Are highly motivated and flexible and can manage constantly shifting priorities
High agency and an attitude to find a way to to achieve goals
Have worked cross-functionally to drive projects to successful delivery
Have a passion for Tesla's mission
