Responsibilities:
- Takes on the responsibility of opening, mid-shifts, and closing tasks and ensures that all obligations are fulfilled competently and in a timely manner. Additionally, this individual is responsible for double-checking the accuracy of signage and pricing.
- Demonstrates proficiency with the Front-End Code Book and PLUs: Possesses exceptional communication abilities, a strong grasp of mathematical concepts, and a willingness to work together with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- The capacity to communicate information in a polite and effective way to colleagues, customers, and suppliers is a critical aspect of job performance.
- Consistently meeting customer service expectations and standards is essential for fostering strong relationships with customers, vendors, and Team Members.
- Being able to follow instructions and procedures is crucial, as are strong organizational and time management skills, even if you don't have any previous experience in retail.
- Skill to work in a cold and wet work environment.
- This job demands the ability to work flexible hours, which may involve weekends, evenings, or holidays.
- Capable of utilizing different tools and equipment effectively, such as box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
