Pincanna is a vertically-integrated cannabis company with headquarters in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Pincanna has a 135,000 square foot cultivation and production facility in Pinconning, Michigan, retail locations in Kalkaska, East Lansing, and Kalamazoo.

We are looking for friendly, dependable, and responsible receptionists with excellent communication skills for our newest retail location in Kalamazoo, MI.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Answering telephones, and directing calls to appropriate staff or department

- Greeting all visitors and IDing all visitors and customers

- Ensure visitors follow all required visitor and COVID-19 protocol as determined by state and local regulations

- Handling all customer interactions in a responsible and professional manner

- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable

- Assist security team as needed

- Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Experience in reception, concierge or other customer service environment

- Must be able to sit, stand, walk and work continuously for at least eight hours a day

- Excellent communication skills with a wide variety of clientele

- Flexibility: Must be able to quickly change direction throughout the day

- Must have good attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
