Job Description:



As a Marketing Technology Strategist at FedEx, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing marketing technology systems, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving marketing initiatives through technological solutions.



Responsibilities:





  1. Marketing Technology Management: Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology platforms and tools (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM systems, etc.) to enhance marketing effectiveness.




  2. Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to understand business objectives, identify technology needs, and develop strategies that leverage marketing technologies to drive customer engagement and sales.




  3. Platform Customization: Customize and configure marketing technology platforms based on marketing campaign requirements and customer segmentation needs.




  4. Analytics and Reporting: Use data analytics tools within marketing platforms to derive insights, track KPIs, and optimize marketing campaigns for better performance and ROI.




  5. Training and Support: Provide guidance, training, and support to marketing teams in utilizing marketing technology tools effectively.




  6. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (like GDPR, CCPA) and industry best practices in all marketing technology implementations.




  7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, data analytics, and marketing, to align technology solutions with business objectives.





Qualifications:
