Inventory Replenishment Coordinator

Roles and Duties:

• Leading and supervising the warehouse operations and team activities, which involves processing, sorting truck deliveries, and allocating products to departments within the prescribed time frames
• Implementing store merchandising standards, managing inventory levels, and executing store operations procedures to create a unified brand experience
• Finding avenues for process optimization while also introducing standards and procedures
• Maintaining a rigorous level of sanitation and putting into practice all safety recommendations
• Contributing to the talent screening procedures for the warehouse management personnel, while also supplying comments regarding their job performance
• Our credit and loyalty programs are vital resources for influencing customer behavior and loyalty. As a result, your team must be knowledgeable, skilled, and confident in promoting them. This way, we can ensure that every customer is aware of the immense benefits that come with our offerings
• The company standard software, systems, and procedures that employees are expected to use should be clearly defined and readily accessible
• Adequate communication and a supportive environment can help a team feel valued while encouraging open and honest communication that encourages growth and development
• Encouraging associates to work together and engage with one another
• Completes any other assignments assigned

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate would have completed high school or held an equivalent educational qualification
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervising capacity is desirable
• b communication and interpersonal skills are particularly useful in industries like marketing, sales, and customer services where you must interact positively with clients. Effective communication ensures that clients are satisfied and maintain long-term business relationships with your company
• The ability to perform well independently and collaborate within a team is a valuable asset
• Proven capacity for mapping out, administering, ordering, and executing multiple tasks proficiently
• The widespread adoption of PDA and POS systems has enabled businesses of all sizes to stay competitive in today's fast-paced and ever-changing market
• Be willing to work varying hours, including early mornings, mid shifts, late nights, weekends, and holidays, when applying for this role

Physical Demands:

• A certain level of vision, speech, hearing, and physical capability is essential to perform critical job duties. Accommodations could be arranged to help in meeting these prerequisites
• Physical strength requirements include the ability to carry, move, push and lift loads weighing up to 50 pounds
