Roles and Duties:

  • Leading and supervising the warehouse operations and team activities, which involves processing, sorting truck deliveries, and allocating products to departments within the prescribed time frames
  • Implementing store merchandising standards, managing inventory levels, and executing store operations procedures to create a unified brand experience
  • Finding avenues for process optimization while also introducing standards and procedures
  • Maintaining a rigorous level of sanitation and putting into practice all safety recommendations
  • Contributing to the talent screening procedures for the warehouse management personnel, while also supplying comments regarding their job performance
  • Our credit and loyalty programs are vital resources for influencing customer behavior and loyalty. As a result, your team must be knowledgeable, skilled, and confident in promoting them. This way, we can ensure that every customer is aware of the immense benefits that come with our offerings
  • The company standard software, systems, and procedures that employees are expected to use should be clearly defined and readily accessible

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate would have completed high school or held an equivalent educational qualification
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervising capacity is desirable
