- Serves as a business partner and provides senior-level communications counsel, running external communications and "voice". Drafts and edits senior leadership speeches, presentations, news releases, e-mail, video scripts
- Partners cross functionally to build communication strategies that introduce new products/services, enhance brand reputation, and reinforce service leadership and network quality perceptions
- Runs proactive and reactive management of the news media and ensures timely and effective implementation of integrated communications alignment of messaging with internal and external audiences to support business priorities and future success
- Measures and reports program impact based on partner feedback and business results. Develops and implements communications messages in response to issues or crisis management that will enhance and protect relationships with partners, customers and the general public.
- Mentors and coaches others on the team. Ensures productivity is maximized and quality is delivered
- Bachelor's Degree Communications, Journalism, English, PR or related field and 8+ years experience of developing & leading complex PR communication plans at a PR/marketing agency or fast-paced corporate communications/PR team
- Deep industry experience in B2B technology/sector; knowledge of 5G a plus
- Solid understanding of social media s impact on media relations and strong relationships with the media
- Strong writing skills attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Thrive in a fast-paced culture of change and innovation; able to think on your feet and shift on a dime.
- Able to work independently and knows when to respectfully bring relevant and timely updates to the forefront at the right time.

- T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines fully vaccinated as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
