Responsibilities:

• Perform duties related to the collection, safekeeping, and distribution of goods, adhering to productivity, excellence, safety, behavior, and attendance requirements.
• Efficiently and effectively conduct transactions related to inbound and outbound processes at distribution centers using established procedures, tools, equipment, and technologies.
• Safely perform designated warehouse functions using established processes, procedures, and tools, achieving performance targets for productivity, quality, safety, and attendance.
• Tasks may include various responsibilities such as offloading, placing, grouping, marking, selecting, boxing, refilling, assessing, shipping, manufacturing packaging, and others.
• Ensure all product movement, handling, and storage adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures at Grainger. Additionally, comply with state and federal regulations, OSHA requirements, and Hazardous Material best practices.
• Execute necessary cleaning responsibilities to maintain a sanitized and efficient workplace.
• Utilize Grainger's quality management system to drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Follow instructions to operate PIE (Process Improvement Equipment).
• PIE equipment options include Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett, and Turret Truck.
