We have an immediate opening for an entry-level position with competitive yearly earnings ranging from $43,000 to $56,000, including base pay, team-based commission and personal bonus opportunities. Compensation may differ based on location, and full-time benefits are available from the first day of employment.

Requirement needed to become Retail Store Coordinator :

• Obtaining a high school diploma or GED is a fundamental step towards fulfilling educational and professional objectives.
• The job posting requires at least one year of prior work experience.
• Availability to work outside of standard business hours, including but not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays.
• The employee must show a readiness to work beyond their regular hours, especially during the peak vacation period and the summer months between November and December.
• Associate’s degree.
• Those with experience in customer service and/or retail sales have honed their skills in communication, problem-solving, and sales techniques.
• Experience in interacting with customers to discover and provide solutions.

To attract new hires from outside the organization, a sign-on bonus of $2500 may be on the table. This offer will be governed by a bonus agreement and will be given in two parts – one half after the candidate has worked for one month and the other half provided after nine months of tenure.
