Medical Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Technologist to join our team. As a Medical Technologist, you will play a vital role in the accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients. You will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, analyzing samples, and reporting accurate and timely results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory science and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests and analyze samples to diagnose diseases, monitor treatment effectiveness, and ensure patient health
• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure accurate and reliable test results
• Record and interpret test results, and report findings to physicians and other healthcare providers
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans based on test results
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of laboratory tests and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
• Excellent knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and computer systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
