About who needs care: He has lung cancer, stage 4. Also suffers from Parkinson's disease. At the moment, he is able to do somethings for himself. Eventually, he may need more help.
About the care needs: The care giver needs to help with feeding and walking to the bathroom, along with changing diapers etc. He loves music, any type of music specially jazz would be great. He also loves to paint, and has read a lot about various artists.
