Retail Store Manager

We are searching for an organized, reliable, and highly motivated Retail Store Manager to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a T-Mobile store. You will lead the sales team, oversee inventory management, and ensure that customers are provided exceptional service.We are looking for someone with a minimum of three years of experience as a Retail Store Manager, an Associate’s Degree or higher in a related field, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Oversee day-to-day operations of T-Mobile store
• Lead sales team and ensure that customers are provided exceptional service
• Manage inventory and ensure shelves are adequately stocked
• Monitor store performance and implement strategies to increase sales
• Monitor customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
• Hire, train, and mentor store staff and ensure they are meeting performance goals
• Create and implement store policies and procedures
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues
• Develop promotional campaigns and marketing strategies to drive sales
• Maintain store appearance to ensure a positive customer experience
