Key Responsibilities : Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, primarily Statements of Work, and expand to other contracts as directedBuild scalable solutions for legal operations to increase efficiencies and assist with maintaining a contract management systemWork closely with Sales, Finance, Pricing teams, and others to close customer contracts and develop templates to improve the efficiency of the contract review processRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in contracts administrationHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and internet research toolsExperience handling confidential information and escalating critical issues to senior managementAbility to draft contract language that is clear, concise, and easily understoodPrevious experience in a mid-size technology solutions company or healthcare organization is a plus
