About the role:
As a Contingent Labour Program Office Analyst, you will be responsible for modernizing company's approach to contingent workforce management. This role will support the design and implementation of processes to grow our approach through all stages of the contingent workforce lifecycle. You will support partnerships and collaboration across our internal and external stakeholders. You will have the unique opportunity to provide input into the build of company's Contingent Labour program. You will support the processes we develop to meet company's requirements to increase the management and oversight of our contingent workforce. We will look to you to test the controls we have in place to ensure our program is well managed, and to identify opportunities to improve our risk posture.
Responsibilities:
Process Management
- Execute on company's contingent labour category strategy by fulfilling the program office's processes with attention to quality.
- Support day to day operations of the contingent labour program office.
- Execute on processes to on and off-board contingent resources.
- Conduct data entry to maintain accurate records of company's contingent workforce. This role will be responsible for the data integrity of the contingent workforce population.
- Serve as the first level escalation point for contingent worker support and issue resolution.
- Perform Consultant Categorization Review and validation as part of the Consultant Onboarding process.
Compliance
- Design and conduct contract compliance testing to confirm company's terms and conditions are met as expected.
- Conduct planned and ad hoc audits on controls between company and its contingent labour vendors.
- Identify, report on, and remediate non-compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.
- Interface between hiring managers and global consulting vendors, ensuring company's requirements are met by our external vendors.
Reporting and Analysis
- Support the creation of reporting and presentations to senior leadership.
- Perform assessments of the supplier base by analysing attrition, resource demographics, quality of output, skills and fulfilment.
Experience:
- Success as a self-directed contributor, with the ability to define, execute and deliver solutions that meet the needs of a cross-functional team.
- Experience implementing / managing contingent labour / contingent workforce solutions.
- Cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Previous experience supporting or working at a financial institution is preferred.
- This position will routinely work with and interact with high level business leaders, legal staff and various company support teams during their collection of information necessary to support selection of a supplier.
- Procurement expertise, communication, negotiation, attention to detail, time management and computer proficiency are required.
- Skills include but are not limited to collaborating with suppliers, assessing, and anticipating company procurement needs, and other Contingent Labour driven requests.
