Job Summary:

FreshPoint Tomato, a division of FreshPoint Tomato, LLC, is seeking a qualified and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver. With this role, you will have the responsibility of loading and unloading trucks, running efficient routes, and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily runs with precision and accuracy, seamlessly loading and unloading items at predetermined customer sites.
• Safely operate vehicles in different traffic and weather circumstances.
• To guarantee delivery accuracy, confirm with customers and promptly report any discrepancies that may arise.
• One of the keys to effectively addressing customer complaints is to remain patient and take the time to understand the situation fully. This can involve asking probing questions and taking notes to ensure you have all the details.
• Ensure DOT compliance and adhere to company regulations by conducting pre-trip and post-trip examinations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Possession of a high school accreditation or a similar credential is a prerequisite.
• One year experience in route delivery or relevant driving history is the minimum requirement for this position.
• Applicants are required to have a valid and current Class A CDL for this role.
• The capacity to understand and perceive English language.
• Having exceptional customer relations acumen and troubleshooting expertise can be a competitive advantage for businesses.
• Seeking individuals with foundational arithmetic abilities.
