Job Title: Sr Java Tech Lead
Length of Assignment: 1 year +

Job Summary:
Seeking a Professional, Communicative, and approachable; willingness to collaborate, able to lead Onshore and Offshore Teams and play a client-facing role.
As a Software Engineer, you will work as part of a cross-functional team responsible for the end-to-end, full stack development of the application. While each team member has a primary skill set, they are also expected to learn and contribute to areas outside of their primary skill set. The team is highly collaborative and values continuous improvement and open communication. You will be expected to be a well-regarded and respected individual contributor; possess strong inter-personal skills, as well as proven track record of application development with skills in Java, distributed cache technology and building scalable robust systems. In return you will have opportunity to gain exposure to designing, developing, and deploying applications to the internal/external cloud.
Strong experience in Java and good knowledge on core java and advance java concepts
Hands on experience in Microservices, RESTful Web services development in Java (Spring Boot), Spring Data JPA
Hands-on practical experience in Microservices design, application development using Spring Boot on a Cloud Platform, testing, and operational stability

Required Skills: AWS, Microservices, Spring Boot, Core Java, Java, Java 8

Nice to have skills: Java 11

Roles & Responsibilities:
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages; Java
Java development experience with knowledge of Java 1.7 and 1.8 features
Spring Framework
RESTful micro services
Mandatory: AWS development Developing, debugging, and deploying Java applications using AWS and writing code for Serverless applications. Ability to identify AWS Services and use the APIs, AWS CLI and SDKs to write applications.
Oracle SQL
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
