An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, conduct skilled specimen collections, and represent the company. Additionally, the organization offers continual growth prospects.

Pay Range: $20.00/hr - $31.45/hr
Benefits:Our hiring process assesses a candidate's skills, prior experience, qualifications, internal fairness, and market research. Those working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for full-time benefits, which include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), ESPP, paid time off (PTO) or flexible time off (FTO), commissions, and bonuses in certain cases.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute blood collections through venipuncture or capillary methods for patients of all ages
- Collect specimens for drug assessments, paternity tests, or alcohol measurements, among other examinations.
- Precisely and promptly document patient information in the system
- Our day-to-day operations demand that we gather billing information and receive payments promptly
- Put all the necessary safety precautions in place before starting the analysis of the collected samples
- Keep organized logs of patient and specimen data
- Offer personalized attention and service to ensure patients receive the best possible experience
- Whenever requested, the individual should be ready to take on administrative and clerical tasks
- Checking out other locations if required
Job Requirements:
- The California Department of Health necessitates that individuals must have an application for or possession of a Phlebotomy License to be considered for the job
- Skillset with venipunctures due to prior experience as a phlebotomy professional
- Established track record of providing exceptional customer service and support
- Adept at communicating complex information in an understandable manner through various mediums
- A successful employee should possess strong teamwork skills in addition to self-motivation and the ability to work independently when necessary
- Skilled in working without constant oversight or micromanagement
- A dependable means of transportation and a clean driving record if it is applicable to the job
- Being open to working additional hours upon request
- Accomplished in meeting the standards of a prescribed color blindness examination
