Our friendly neighborhood marijuana dispensary is seeking a passionate budtender to show customers the best strains of marijuana to help them achieve a state of bliss. A Budtender must have familiarity with the wide variety of cannabis strains, types of consumption methods, concentrates and edibles. The ideal candidate should have a passion for exploring and understanding the medical benefits of cannabis infused products. As a Marijuana Budtender, you will provide first-class customer service. Your goal is to offer a friendly environment that s comfortable for our customers, while maintaining strict adherence to all rules and regulations regarding cannabis use and sales. Ultimately, you should be able to educate clients in a way that helps them create an informed decision about their marijuana use.

Responsibilities:

• Provide information about the effects of different strains, products like edibles and cannabis infused-lotions, concentrates, pipes and vaporizers etc.;.
• Ensure a safe, pleasant and discreet shopping experience.
• Must be able to count money fast and keep track of a till
• Answer common questions about dosage and frequency of use.
• Provide customers with suggestions on how to use the product (e.g. alone or in conjunction with other drugs).
• Keep all products under lock and key, track inventory, prepare order forms and ingredient lists, send orders to grow operations etc..
• Ensure cleanliness of all dispensary areas and follow safety regulations.
• Report any signs of theft or illegal activity to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Albuquerque, NM 87104: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
