• Provide repair, service, and operational reliability of utilities and/or equipment required to meet the needs of the facility. 
• Said skills shall be performed with minimal instruction as determined by the immediate supervisor. 
• Be able to troubleshoot basic problems with plumbing, lighting, room temperature, tube system, fire alarm, and energy management systems as determined by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Texas Driver License
• One (1) year of previous experience in related equipment and/or building maintenance.
• One (1) or more years’ experience at BSA or comparable in-house service. Licensure in a specialty field may be substituted for other experience at the discretion of the supervisor

Preferred Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
