Skills: Position requires a degree - if someone has one that is beneficial , if they want to apply to be perm they need to have Benefits background is HUGE - understand rules around life events, etc. 3-4+ years of experience, someone who can hit the ground running Detail oriented, critical thinking Flexible - going through a big reorganization, may need to wear many hats - also working through restructure Any experience in a shared services model, trying to move in that direction which is super helpful! Prioritization Description: Resonsible for Employee Records (pay, benefits, evaluations) - lots of data points that this person will be responsible for changing in peoplesoft Will check "benefits mailbox" - this person once trained will be answering general benefits questions for employees.
