Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to ensure the safety, efficiency, and compliance of all facilities.
Provide leadership and direction to a team of facilities managers, technicians, and support staff.
Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify and address facility needs and issues.
Monitor and manage the budget for the facilities program, ensuring cost-effective solutions and staying within budgetary constraints.
