Assist members with finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to members, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of Sam's Club products and services to effectively assist members with their shopping.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Sam's Club layout and assist members in navigating the store.
Utilize product knowledge to make recommendations and upsell products to members.
Utilize technology, such as handheld devices, to efficiently locate and retrieve products for members.
Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment for members.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience for members.
Stay up-to-date on any promotions, sales, or events happening in the store and inform members accordingly.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Continuously strive to improve the overall member experience at Sam's Club.
Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay informed on new products and services.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the values of Sam's Club.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
