An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Phlebotomist Technician to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, conduct skilled specimen collections, and represent the company. Additionally, the organization offers continual growth prospects.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $31.45 per Hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Use venipuncture and capillary methods to draw blood from people from infancy to adulthood
  • Collect specimens for drug assessments, paternity tests, or alcohol measurements, among other examinations.
  • Register patient data in a prompt and meticulous manner
  • It is imperative that we obtain billing information and collect payments for successful business operations
  • Take necessary measures to facilitate the processing of all the collected samples
  • Maintain logs for patient and specimen information
  • Deliver excellent customer service to every patient that walks through the door
  • As and when needed, the person will have to undertake different administrative and clerical responsibilities
  • Going to other places as needed

Job Requirements:

  • In order to be eligible, one must have a Phlebotomy License issued for California or an application submitted with the California Department of Health
  • Previous job as a phlebotomist with aptitude in blood specimen processing and handling
  • Consistent track record of delivering exceptional customer service that drives loyalty and retention
  • Consistently utilizes clear and concise language in communication to facilitate understanding and mutual comprehension
  • Being able to work independently or collaboratively allows employees to contribute positively to achieving organizational objectives
  • Proficient at working independently without constant supervision
  • If relevant, the applicant must have a reliable method of transportation and a clear driving record
  • Being open to working additional hours upon request
  • Adept in demonstrating the ability to distinguish colors on a standardized color vision test
