Order Picker

As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. You will be responsible for selecting and preparing items for shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the warehouse is organized and efficient. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack items based on customer orders
• Verify the quantity and quality of items before packing and shipping
• Ensure all orders are processed and shipped on time
• Organize and maintain inventory in a neat and accessible manner
• Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times
• Collaborate with team members to maximize efficiency and minimize errors
• Assist with cycle counts and periodic inventory checks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in order picking or fulfillment preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, up to 50 pounds
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, is a plus
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of inventory management systems
