Job Overview


Under the direction of the company s Director of Corporate Compliance & Ethics, the Compliance Manager will assist in the management and further development of the company s enterprise Compliance and Ethics Program ( Program ). Responsibilities will include assuming management over one or more key functions of the Program; for example, Training & Communications, Reporting & Metrics, Issue & Event Management, Conflict of Interest Disclosures, or Risk Assessment & Monitoring. Responsibilities will also include assisting in developing and managing compliance training; compliance and ethics communications; program documentation, monitoring, metrics and reporting; Code of Conduct updates; benchmarking and best practices; and other compliance initiatives as assigned.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Primary management of one or more key functions of the Program (e.g,, Training & Communications, Reporting & Metrics, or Issue & Event Management.

  • Perform analytics, prepare and present executive reports, document program activity, and measure effectiveness of the assigned Program functions.

  • Maintain active and constructive working relationships throughout the company to ensure effective cross-functional relationships and increase Program awareness. May include delivering presentations and training on the Program or substantive compliance topics as needed.

  • As a key member of an integrated Program, participate cross-functionally in other Program initiatives such as risk assessments, awareness campaigns, compliance program development in specific compliance areas, and implementation of technology solutions.

  • Develop training, communications, job aids and online resources for employees in support of assigned Program function.

  • Education:


  • Bachelor s Degree ()

  • Work Experience:


  • 4-7 years Relevant compliance-related experience. ()

  • Experience in delivering training to executives. ()

    Washington Pay Range : $84,500.00 $114,400.00




    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
