See Yourself as an Enterprise Client Connectivity Intern

The Enterprise Client Connectivity Intern will work directly with Enterprise Client Connectivity leaders and team members to gain knowledge of processes and procedures. The intern will assist in updating the system documentation, system dashboards, customer onboarding and integration documentation, API documentation and swagger specs. In addition, they will participate in SDLC; assist with analysis, coding and testing as needed.

  • Assist with updating the customer onboarding and client integration documentation.

  • Assist with updating the API documentation and swagger specs.

  • Participate in SDLC; assist with analysis, coding and testing as needed.

  • Build and prepare metrics and dashboards.

  • Provide decks and other supporting materials as required.

  • Employee/position shadowing as assigned.

  • Almost always under direct supervision, performs entry-level assignments with some complexity. Work products are closely monitored and reviewed.

Prior Work-Related Experience: Less than 6 months

Basic Education: Currently working towards an Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Management or related area is required.

Additional Qualifications

  • Ideally .Net/Java development experience.

  • Ideally AWS/Azure fundamentals.

  • A plus if experience in functional/automation testing

  • A plus if experience in API/web service integration, preferably using xml, json

  • Follows detailed instructions.  

  • Ability to communicate well in both oral and written form in creative formats.

Program Requirements
Interns will be required to participate in specific workshops and events in addition to their intern duties assigned by their people leader. This includes a NEW, 2-day in-person event at the Wayne, PA office.
