Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a HR Generalist to join a thriving manufacturer in Madison, AL! The individual MUST be bilingual in Japanese and English. This is a permanent role that requires the HR Generalist to be on-site, Monday - Friday. Description:The Human Resources Generalist will report directly to the HR Manager and will assist with daily HR duties. These Responsibilities could include -• Maintain the confidentiality of personal employee information, company information, records, and related issues in accordance with all the applicable laws.• Administration of expatriate employee transfers, leave of absence, change of status and change of employee information.• Collection of new hire information for payroll, entering information into the HRIS system and the Timekeeping system.• Filing of documents pertaining to employee personnel files, medical files, and work compensation files.• Answering and assisting employees and agencies with employment and wage verification forms and questions.• Communication with employees about any issues, questions, and concerns. As well, as posting notice of all communication throughout the facility.• Administration of all employee benefits, including: Health Insurance, 401K, Company Life Insurance, Vacation.• Travel arrangements for all employees, including expatriate employees from parent company.They will engage with the following partners - interdepartmental members, upper management, employees, applicants for employment, agency vendors, benefit Additional Skills & Qualifications:+ 5+ years of experience of related experience+ Experience in HR, office or administrative coordinating experience is preferred+ Bilingual in Japanese and English (verbal and written)+ Strong organization skills+ Good computer usage skills About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
