Become an IBS Site Parts Specialist Trainee with NAPA's Integrated Business Solutions Division and work with a range of businesses, including airlines and government facilities. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • By partnering with us for parts management, procurement, and inventory control, our clients can focus on their core business operations, while we take care of their parts management needs.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and customer contentment by skillfully leading people and managing procedures.
  • Work closely with the IBS Site Manager and team to effectively manage daily, weekly, and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Show your commitment to customer satisfaction by promptly answering and resolving any inquiries or concerns.
  • Assist colleagues in providing effective customer service by helping customers with their queries and finding products at the NAPA counter.
  • Optimize your inventory management strategy by using both digital and hard-copy catalog systems.
  • Follow the company’s guidelines in safeguarding assets, maintaining products, and enforcing safety protocols.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Being receptive to knowledge and practical experience is crucial.
  • My passion lies in providing top-notch customer service, building lasting relationships, and adeptly resolving problems.
  • Those with prior experience in the automotive aftermarket, dealerships, parts, light or heavy-duty equipment, or ground support industry will be given preference.
  • Skilled in designing and enforcing inventory management, procurement, and cataloging policies that promote cost-effectiveness and quality assurance.
  • Effectively managed personnel in the automotive aftermarket service, fleet services, government contracts, or retail sectors, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.

  • Possessing a passion for analytical reasoning and a proactive drive to tackle customer problems while simultaneously enhancing processes.
