Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualised support to students based on their learning needs and abilities.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to assist in lesson delivery and classroom activities.
- Prepare and organize learning materials to enhance lesson effectiveness and student engagement.
- Foster positive relationships with students to support their social and emotional development.
- Implement behavior management strategies in accordance with school policies to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Genuine passion for supporting students and promoting their well-being in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and other staff members.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic school environment and handle varying tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure student success and overall school objectives.
- Previous experience in a similar role such as experience with SEN are desirable but not essential.

- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
