Qualifications:

• A current and active pharmacy license in the state where one is employed is required by law
• Not flagged by the DEA as a person or entity excluded from certain privileges
• APhA's Immunization Certification program covers all aspects of vaccine administration including screening, assessing, administering, and documenting
• The person in question does not have any pending charges or past records of criminal acts involving controlled substances
• A degree in Pharmacy, particularly a Bachelor of Science or Pharm. D., is the desired qualification
