Sr. Vendor Manager
At T-Mobile, we are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Sr. Vendor Manager. Our ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. The Sr. Vendor Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with vendors, managing vendor performance, and ensuring that vendor contracts are properly fulfilled.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and/or sourcing, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. They must also demonstrate strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal Sr. Vendor Manager will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively manage relationships with vendors, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence.\n\nResponsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure successful contract negotiations and fulfillments.
Monitor vendor performance to ensure contractual obligations are met.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure compliance with terms.
Analyze and review vendor contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient and cost effective procurement of goods and services.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize vendor performance and reduce costs.
Monitor vendor performance metrics and report results to senior management.
Resolve any vendor related issues in a timely manner.
Remain up to date on industry trends and best practices.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to vendor management.
