Regional Manager - Orlando area
A well-known, nationwide management company has an immediate opening for a full-time Regional Manager based out of the Jacksonville/ Gainesville area. The diverse portfolio will require knowledge of all affordable housing programs, at least 5 years experience in multi-family, and 3 years minimum in a Regional Manager role. Travel is required, sometimes on short notice, therefore a valid driver's license required. CAM or CPM designation preferred.
