This position is available now and we are actively seeking candidates. The role offers a yearly salary range of $43,000-$56,000, which consists of both base pay and team-based commission, as well as the chance to receive individual incentives. Compensation may vary by location and full-time benefits are available immediately.

Requirement needed for Sales Consultant:
- Individuals who obtain a high school diploma or GED acquire the necessary skills to function below higher education, such as communication, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
- The applicant must demonstrate that they have gained some relevant professional experience.
- Openness to work on non-traditional days and hours such as weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- It is expected that the employee will display a willingness to work additional shifts, primarily during high vacation periods and the summer season from November to December.
- Associates degree.
- Retail sales and customer service require an individual to be adaptable and able to quickly think on their feet to address customer needs.
- Expertise in communicating with customers to find suitable resolution.

This opportunity provides a sign-on bonus of $2500 for external candidates who meet the eligibility criteria. The bonus funds will be paid out in two installments 50% at the one-month mark and 50% nine months after commencing employment.
