Store Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Store Assistant. As a Store Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and providing exceptional customer service. You will assist customers with their inquiries, restock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
• Restocking shelves with products and ensuring they are properly displayed
• Keeping the store clean and organized at all times
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Monitoring inventory levels and notifying the Store Manager of any shortages
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets
• Assisting in conducting regular stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory records

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures
