Clinical Nurse Coordinator
We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will serve as a leader in ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes and provide comprehensive support to our nursing department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication and leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional care to patients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Oversee and coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Supervise and evaluate nursing staff by providing guidance, feedback, and support.
- Assist in patient assessments, monitoring, and providing direct patient care when necessary.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary communication and collaboration to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
- Prepare and conduct training sessions to enhance staff competency and promote continuous learning.
- Manage and maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Current and valid registered nurse (RN) license.
- Proven experience in a clinical leadership role.
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Advanced organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
