Patient Access Services Representative
We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Registration Specialist. As a Registration Specialist, you will be responsible for the registration of new patients to ensure accurate data entry and tracking of all patient information. Hospital medical scheduling. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all patient records are accurately registered into our medical software system.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum 1 year medical office registration experience
- Medical scheduling background required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to perform basic math calculations
- Knowledge of MS Office suite of programs preferred but not required
