Key Responsibilities (Varies by Business) :

• Greet customers upon their arrival and assist them with any initial inquiries.


• Park and retrieve vehicles in a timely and safe manner.


• Maintain a clean and orderly parking area.


• Adhere to all traffic laws and parking regulations.


• Provide excellent customer service, assisting with luggage and responding to customer needs.


• Monitor and manage the parking lot to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.


• Handle keys and parking tickets responsibly.


• Report any incidents or accidents to management immediately.

Requirements :

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.


• Proven experience as a Valet Parking Attendant or in a similar role.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to operate a range of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.


• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.


• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.


• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
