As an Energy Sales Retail Associate, you will act as the face of Sunrun in a designated partner retail store, making a significant impact on potential customers. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments and building the Sunrun customer base, with the goal of influencing and impacting them in a positive manner. Duties & Responsibilities:
* Build relationships and educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions
* Schedule appointments and build the Sunrun customer base
* Use technology and software applications to support your sales efforts
* Meet personal and team goals through resilience, self-motivation, and grit
Qualifications/How You Will Be Successful:
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent technology skills
* Resilience, self-motivation, grit, and passion for Sunrun's mission
* Availability to work a retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holiday shifts
* Access to reliable transportation to support a multi-store territory zone within 15-30 mile radius
* At least two years of relevant work experience
