Qualifications of Straight Truck Delivery Driver:

• Drivers' payment is determined by the computation of dispatched miles, with the payout ranging from $.45 to $.60 cpm, based on the route and the driver's level of expertise.
• Having a home within a 250-mile diameter of a U.S. Xpress terminal is crucial for drivers who want to join the Flex Fleet program.
