Client Consultant Hybrid In Tempe, AZ
Client Support Consultant openings with reliable company with great growth opportunities!
- MUST be comfortable with a Hybrid schedule - 3 days on-site/in office & 2 days working remote
- Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm open availability
- 8 hour days, 40 hours a week
- On-site office days will be at the Tempe office in downtown Tempe near ASU
- $20.50 hour
- Must have 12-15 months in most recent jobs on resume!!
Job Description:
• Build relationships with clients over the phone & provide solutions to issues and questions and help build clients' understanding of our products' value,
• Provide recommendations to solutions, based on client input or experience.
• Serve as a consultant in servicing products/technologies.
• Use a breadth of expertise to help the clients & Solve client problems taking a broad perspective to identify solutions.
• Work to resolve issues and provide solutions and/or provide troubleshooting to clients
- Account management
- Human Resource assistance

Skills & Qualifications:
*Must have great working internet and quiet working space at home.
*A strong focus on client satisfaction in a relevant industry
*Bachelors Degree is a huge plus
*Demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills, including sophisticated Human Capital Management areas (HR, Payroll, Tax, etc.) and software-related information
• Strong client relationship-building skills - 1 year experience at least
• Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment
• Proficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems.
