Accounting Assistant Requirements
1-3 years' of experience working in Accounting
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude
Highly detail-oriented
QuickBooks
Excel skills
Accounting Assistant Overview
The ideal Accounting Assistant will be responsible for general accounting assistance to Vice President which will include performing accounting, administrative, and HR duties, and working closely with other team members.
You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database.
This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.
Accounting Assistant Responsibilities
Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses
Perform administrative support functions
Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
Handle monthly and quarterly reports
Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll
General ledger and monthly reconciliations
General office duties
HR duties

Shift / Hours : 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday (First Shift)

Pay rate : $20-24 hr / DOE
