HR Coordinator
An aerospace company in Greenville, SC is looking to hire an HR Coordinator. The main responsibility of this position will be to assist with onboarding and new hires. In this role, you will be part of the broader site HR team and involved in other projects and activities as needed. There is opportunity to move up within the organization from this position.
Responsibilities:
- Hosting and training new hires on company policies
- Set up system logins for new employees
- Verifying I-9 employment eligibility documents
- Assist new hires with benefits enrollment
- Prepare new hire packets
- Responsible managing for employee records management
- Assist HR team with benefits, education/training, employment, compensation, and equal employment opportunity compliance
- Create new HR reports from our HRIS systems
- Provide basic analysis in Excel
- Attend local career fairs in the Greenville area
Qualifications:
- 2 years of HR or onboarding related experience
- Standard hours are 7am-5pm Monday - Friday, onsite
- The ideal candidate would be able to occasionally assist with onboarding and HR responsibilities on second shift (5pm-2am Monday-Thursday)
