Key ResponsibilitiesPerform data management cleaning activities, including listing review, issuing and closing queries, and external vendor data reconciliation per protocol and guidelinesSupport Lead Data Manager role and understand the relationship between source data and database forms for data entry and query resolutionLead and / or participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for clinical databases, provide EDC system training, and contribute to process and quality improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications and EducationBachelor's Degree in programming, health-related sciences, or relevant field, or relevant experience in lieu of degreeUnderstanding of clinical research and the relationship of Data Management in the clinical study processStrong technical aptitude and ability to adapt to multiple data management platformsGood computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointFlexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning, and ability to prioritize workload
