As a member of a dynamic sales team
Responsible for new business development, account implementation, and maintaining and deepening customer relationships
Geographic territory: small to mid-sized customers
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Develop new business by identifying potential customers and growing revenue
• Conduct background research on potential customers
• Analyze customer needs and develop value-added solutions
• Maintain existing business by understanding customer's business and supply chain
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams for outstanding customer experience
• Engage with customers to ensure understanding and utilization of FedEx services
• Provide regular business reviews, entertain customers, and develop solutions
• Negotiate fair market-based pricing and occasionally negotiate strategic pricing
• Utilize technology tools and demonstrate initiative, organization, and adaptability
• Work in a team environment
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree/equivalent or four (4) years of business-to-business sales experience or two (2) years of FedEx business-to-business sales experience
• Ability to travel overnight as required
