We are looking for an Associate Solutions Engineer to join our team at T-Mobile and provide our customers with exceptional technical support.In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting customer issues and responding to inquiries in a timely manner. You will work with a variety of hardware and software systems to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and an eye for detail. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of hardware and software is also required. A strong customer service background is preferred.
