The Tesla
Energy Asset Management Industrial Storage team enables the Service
organization to make efficient and timely repairs to Tesla’s Energy Industrial
Storage fleet globally. The team works cross-functionally on onboarding new
sites and ensuring long term success of the service obligations for the fleet. 


The
primary role of the System Onboarding Specialist, Commercial Energy will be to
organize, prioritize, track and report on multiple projects of various sizes
and complexities across Tesla Energy’s Industrial Storage product offering. To
support this, you will collaborate cross functionally to set up the Energy Service
teams for success from day 1 of site’s operations. 




- Reviews and completes
predefined project checklists for successful onboarding to ensure downstream
technical and commercial operational dependencies are comprehensively supported.


- Ensures necessary registrations
for planned Remote support team and Field Service activities are completed
prior to commencement of commercial operation, and provide support to maintain
such registrations throughout the lifetime of sites


- Develops and plans for
on-site infrastructure and spares for timely Service response necessitated by
contractual terms,


- Site visits to
determine impact of non-compliances of the Installation manuals and liability
determination, if needed.


- Flag issues with
and update upstream processes as necessary to ensure successful setup for
future sites in the long run.


- Assists with set up and
maintenance of prevailing wage systems, ensuring sites are properly onboarded
and maintained on applicable internal systems.


- Independently handle multiple
projects at a time meeting objectives and deadlines. 


- Collect and organize data,
reports, spreadsheets, and databases for analytical reporting.




-Minimum of 2
years relevant experience in project or asset management, or other related
fields


-Bachelor's
degree, four additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree


-Prior
hands-on experience with project or asset management systems


-Ability to
cultivate and promote effective communication between various levels of team
members and departments


-Demonstrated
ability to put together basic task plans to aid leadership or successfully
execute projects independently
