Lab Courier PRN

Nights/Weekends

Assumes responsibility for picking up and delivering all requests, reports, supplies, infectious or potentially infectious specimens to and from physician's offices, other laboratories, and any other location as specified by Gadsden Regional Medical Center.

Education REQUIRED: High school education or equivalent with ability to follow simple oral and/or written instruction, to count whole numbers and perform simple math. Must posses appropriate Alabama driver's license, have good driving record and meet minimum requirements of Gadsden Regional Medical Center insurance carrier. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Experience REQUIRED: Valid Alabama driver's license required. Annual motor vehicle records check (MVR) with three year history.
